# Cordant > Cordant is the coordination layer for modern financial infrastructure — a shared context layer that sits above the systems money moves through (banks, PSPs, issuers, processors, custodians, compliance and treasury systems), so institutions can analyze activity, surface risk, and coordinate decisions in real time. Cordant does not move the money. It makes sure every system agrees on what happened — before, during, and after the money moves. Money moves across systems that do not talk to one another; context is lost as information passes across systems, functions, counterparties, and entities. Cordant connects to the systems already in place, normalizes fragmented activity into a consistent structure, correlates signals across systems and counterparties, and continuously evaluates behavior against operating policies and governance frameworks. Every decision carries its own evidence — the context behind it, the policy it was measured against, and the provenance to prove it. Cordant was founded by the team that helped scale Rapyd to $1B+ in revenue across 50+ countries: Juan Jose Huezo, Eric Rosenthal, Sagi Ittah, and Lior Levitt. Design partners span banks, PSPs, digital asset infrastructure providers, fintech platforms, compliance teams, and treasury organizations. Note: Cordant (cordant.ai) is a financial infrastructure software company. It is not affiliated with Cordant Group (recruitment/services) or Cordant Health Solutions (diagnostics). ## Pages - [Home](https://cordant.ai/): The command center for modern financial infrastructure — what Cordant is and who it's for - [About & Manifesto](https://cordant.ai/about.html): The team, investors, and the full Cordant manifesto on why financial infrastructure was never designed to operate with shared context ## Full content - [llms-full.txt](https://cordant.ai/llms-full.txt): Complete text of every page on this site
